As Thames Water faces a massive debt of nearly £20 billion, Londoners are demanding change with campaigns at a youth-led school assembly in White City and on the streets of Westminster.
Community volunteers brought around a giant £24 billion cheque, representing the estimated dividends paid to shareholders since privatisation in 1989.
They are demanding an end to soaring bills, sewage pollution and private profit over public need.
